HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush Early Access: Four Islands and 150+ Vehicles

#Games2 min read

HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush has entered Early Access. Game director Domenico Celenza introduced the launch and its main features on Xbox Wire on September 7, 2026.[1] This report is dated September 8 in Korea; it does not treat the announcement’s “Early Access” as a general release of every edition.

Explore four islands instead of following a fixed race order

According to the official introduction, the setting consists of four toy-scale islands.[1] Rather than following a fixed sequence of races, players are encouraged to find their own route through races, free-roaming activities and hidden collectables.[1] That puts emphasis on looking around and choosing the next objective as well as reaching the finish line quickly. This is GamZip’s interpretation of the announcement, not a hands-on assessment.

More than 150 vehicles across four classes

The developers say that more than 150 vehicles are available at launch, divided into four classes.[1] Island events are designed around vehicle categories, highlighting different driving approaches such as sliding around corners, straight-line speed and heavy-duty power.[1]

During free exploration, players can select one vehicle from each category for their Rush Squad and switch between them with a single button press.[1] What stands out to GamZip is the connection between collecting cars and changing them to suit the situation, rather than simply filling a garage. The announcement alone cannot establish how the handling feels or how well the vehicles are balanced.

Progress through collecting and track creation

Winning races, completing special activities, beating rival crews and finding hidden opportunities such as the Secret Dealership unlock new vehicles; the single-player campaign’s final goal is to become the ultimate Rush Master.[1] Sticker and Livery editors for changing vehicle appearance are also described.[1]

The Track Builder includes an adaptive ground-snapping system and AI action markers, which the announcement says let players create courses that blend into the environment and enable virtual opponents to race on them.[1] Here, AI appears in the context of racing opponents and creation tools described by the official article. This is not being presented as the launch of a separate generative AI service.

What to check before playing

The official article explicitly lists Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC as its current Early Access platforms, and mentions handheld optimization for ROG Xbox Ally.[1] This report does not establish pricing, Korean-language support or edition-specific early access conditions. Checking the official product information for your region before buying is advisable.

From GamZip’s perspective, the key question is how exploring four islands, switching vehicles, collecting cars and building tracks connect into a single progression loop. This is a game from an external developer, not a GamZip-developed title or a game being offered here for immediate play in a web browser.
